Recently renovated, fully furnished, ready to move in. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story house with access to single car garage in Rutland VT. This is for a short term lease for only 2 occupants. 

Approximately 1.1 miles to Rutland Regional Medical Center

Close to Killington and Pico mountains, hiking, skiing, nature trails, farms, restaurants.

If you are a Travel Nurse looking for housing in Rutland Vermont for a minimum of 12 week to a maximum of 26 week with a verifiable contract and you are clean and neat this may be the place for you. The owner will perform and the tenant will pay for a background and credit check. 

Please be advised.  This house is our second home and not to be used as a party house, You must be vacated by the end of the contract.

Smoking or drugs of any kind are not allowed in the house or on the property.

Commercial vehicles, campers, RV’s, etc. are prohibited from being parked anywhere on the property or on the road.

Sub-leasing is prohibitive.

Pets of any kind are not allowed without the owners written permission. If allowed, an additional security may be required.

Depending on the time of the year, monthly rent may be between $1480.00 to $1690.00.  The security deposit is $550.00.  The security deposit is refundable provided there is no damage or cleaning to any part of the home or property.  The tenant must also agree to reimburse the owner for costs incurred for any cleaning and damage exceeding the security deposit.

All payments will be made by way of bank transfer using Zelle.

Miscellaneous:

• * The rent payment is based on a fixed rate for peak and nonpeak months for heat.  Peak months are from November to April.  During peak months, the tenant is responsible to pay for electric usage over $350.00 per month.  Nonpeak months are from May to October,
• **The tenant is responsible for any paid services used from cable TV
•  *** The tenant is responsible to maintain the yard clean and free from trash and debris.

Tenants Responsibility:

• Snow removal on driveway and walkways
• Normal pest control service i.e. ants, flies, bugs, etc.
• Damage to any part of our home, including but not limited to walls, floors, window furnishings, bath and kitchen cabinets, counters and fixtures, kitchen supplies, furniture, and bed and bath supplies.
• The tenant is not permitted to hang any pictures or decorations on any wall or doors.
• Must carry and show proof of a renter’s insurance policy to the owner’s satisfaction. The policy must include but not limited to; fire, liability, flood, contents, etc. 
• The tenant is required to watch the owner’s “how to” videos, I.E. operating the gas fireplace, washer and dryer, water heater, etc.
